Ben Rittenhouse is a multifaceted artist currently residing in Nashville, Tennessee. Ben developed his interest and skill in making sculptures while working for many years as a special effects makeup artist and prop fabricator in the film industry. Some works of notoriety of his include Kill Bill, Narnia, Hannibal, and perhaps his most impressive work, the HBO mini-series, The Pacific, for which he won an Emmy Award. For his work, he also received a Congressional Award for outstanding and invaluable service to the arts community from Congressman Brad Sherman.

Ben’s past art shows include HEAVY HANDED, at the Infusion Gallery in Los Angeles, which sold out. Ben has also shown at Cannibal Flower, The Hive and The Brewery Artist Community, all in Los Angeles. 

This is Ben’s first show in Nashville, showcasing work from his most recent series, ODDities. Ben takes the weird and wonderful from the mundane and brings it to life in sculptures in the most curious manner.

Ben's attention to detail and skillful execution are evident in each piece. His work is a testament to his passion for the arts and his desire to push the boundaries of creativity. Visitors to his show in Nashville can expect to be captivated by the strange and wonderful world of Ben Rittenhouse's ODDities.
